Kirkuk ration-card updates move exclusively to mobile application

Kirkuk’s Food Supply Directorate said ration-card information would be updated only through a smartphone application. Missing the deadline could temporarily suspend a family’s entitlement, and national identification was required for children and other household members. Special assistance was promised for people with disabilities, divorced women and technical cases, while geolocation could block families outside Iraq.
